Dr. Blackwell’s Career
Dr. Timothy Blackwell works as a professor of medicine and biology at the Center for Lung Research. Dr. Timothy Blackwell and his colleagues have studied a protein complex known as nuclear factor kappa B and its role in developing asbestos-related cancers. The main idea behind this research is to decrease unchecked inflammation to decrease cancer growth.
